When the winter time comes, we all know that it's time to change our regimens. It was already a task to find the first deep conditioner for our natural hair, now we have to find another? ~throws up hands~
It's not always the most pleasant experience so I am here to make it a little easier for you to make this OH SO difficult transition. Stop pouting. It's really not that bad.
The deep conditioners that work on our natural hair in the summer don't always work in the winter. The winter calls for some heavy duty stuff! You need the lasting moisture and the sealing. Basically EVERYTHING! You want to get ANYTHING you can get your hands on. That winter weather is brutal on our hair.
1. Silk Elements MegaSilk Moisturizing Treatment
This one has definitely earned a place in my heart. Its great for any time whether its summer or winter, it really doesn't matter. It pretty much can be used all year round. It restores lasting moisture
to the hair and leaves it feeling so light.
2. It's a 10 Miracle Hair Mask
Want smooth hair? Want to kill frizz? Than the It's a 10 Miracle Hair Mask does everything that it says it does and then some. Just to give you a little idea of what those claims include
Restores moisture and balance
Instantly restores elasticity
Imparts luminous shine
Enhances natural body
Improves color vibrancy
3. Shea Moisture African Soap Black Balancing Conditioner
At some point in your life, you HAVE to be a fan of Shea Moisture. No matter what it is, I always have something from them in my arsenal. So it's no surprise that I fell completely in love with their african black soap line. It is not officially a "deep conditioner" but because the amount of moisture it restores in your hair, i'll allow it.
