(the kid was not happy at all this day) 1 of the top 3 reasons i hear about "why somebody can't go natural"  is "I wouldn't know what to do with all that hair anyway" Well guess what? You NO LONGER HAVE THAT EXCUSE. When dealing with a head full of hair as pictured above, do not make the mistake of thinking that you are going to detangle and comb through it as if it were straight hair... because its not straight hair. So you can't just go combing through it. Here is what I do when dealing with my hair or Rory's hair I separate it in 4 sections. DO NOT SKIP THIS STEP! Now this time i used hair ties. I usually use hair clamps before i do it. After i section off the hair, i take each section and separate that section into 2 more sections, add a cheapie conditioner, and i detangle those sections from tip to root using either my denman brush or my wide tooth comb. Once im done i braid each section down.  I do this until i am done with the whole head and then i style as usual. I do put them back in 4 sections while im styling. It makes that easier too. This used to take me eh, about half an hour but now that im better at it it only takes me about 15 mins for the whole head. Ill do a YT vid for you guys so i can give you guys a visual of what im talking about as opposed to just telling you.
