My hair goal is to have healthy hair and to master no heat hairstyles How do you keep your hair intact overnight? I wear a Satin cap over my braids or bantu knots How do you maintain length? I trim my natural hair every 8 weeks I stopped perms when I was pregnant and transitioned from there. My hair grew fast and there was no breakage. I always flat ironed my hair so I never really embraced my natural coils until I joined Natural Hair Community! Name 1 reason you went natural and why you love being natural.
