Questions: What do you do about single strand knots?

Strawberricurls: Not a damn thing. I let them be. The only way to prevent them is to wash your hair in braids or twists. What happens with single strand knots aka SSKs is that your hair curls back on to its self once its drying and shrinking. So as your hair rises up, the ends of it began to curl on its self causing knots. Now you could sit there and play with it all day, cut them out, try to untangle them but at the end of the day you are doing more harm than good. Work on doing strected styles. Give the wash and go a break for awhile. Wash your hair in braids or twists, let them dry a little than style. Hope this helps!
